The students of Green Park International School, Tholudhur celebrated Diwali together with the students of Nesar Children's Home, Mangalore.
With the visionary goal of instilling the attitude of helping others at an early age, we extended a helping hand to a few school and college students who were struggling for financial support under the direction of the founder & chairman of the Jayapriya Vidyalaya Group of Institutions, Mr. C.R. Jayasankar and the director of Jayapriya Vidyalaya Group of Institutions, Mr. N.S. Dinesh. Together, the Jayapriya Vidyalaya Group of Institutions celebrated the festival of Diwali with humanity.
"When we see someone else in pain and our eyes fill with tears without any explanation, that is humanity."
In a heartwarming gesture of compassion and social responsibility, Jayapriya Vidyalaya Group of Institutions reached out to Mangaluru Nesar Destitute Children's Home, offering a helping hand to the children residing there. The group donated essential supplies, including 100 kg of rice, notebooks, snacks, sweets, and bed linens, to support the well-being of around 40 school and college students at the orphanage.
This act of kindness reflects Jayapriya Vidyalaya Group of Institutions' unwavering commitment to giving back to society and making a positive impact on the lives of those in need. The group recognizes the importance of education and providing children with the resources they need to succeed in their studies. By donating notebooks and snacks, the group is empowering these children to continue their education and reach their full potential.
Moreover, the group's contribution of rice, sweets, and bed linens ensures that the children's basic needs are met, providing them with sustenance and a comfortable living environment. This gesture of care and support demonstrates the group's deep understanding of the challenges faced by these children and their commitment to alleviating their hardships.
Jayapriya Vidyalaya Group of Institutions' initiative extends beyond material donations. The group's willingness to offer assistance and support to the children at Mangaluru Nesar Destitute Children's Home reflects a broader commitment to social responsibility and a deep sense of empathy for those in need. By extending a helping hand, the group is fostering a sense of hope and encouragement among the children, reminding them that they are not alone and that there are people who care about their well-being.

It demonstrates the power of compassion and the transformative effect that even small gestures can have on the lives of others. Jayapriya Vidyalaya Group of Institutions' generosity and commitment to social responsibility set a commendable example for others to follow.
Regarding this, the founder and chairman of the Jayapriya Vidyalaya Group of Institutions stated that 'the plight of the destitute will not exist in this world' if every school steps forward and adopts any destitute homes in their town and extends a helping hand to them. School students should also perform public service at a young age, and if encouraged, the attitude of helping the poor and needy people in the minds of the growing children will spring. Positive societal transformation will result from this.
It is interesting that last month, the Jayapriya Vidyalaya Group helped the mentally handicapped kids at Vasantham in Vadalur by supplying them with bed linens, rice, refrigerators, mixers, and kitchen appliances.
